4. Company Listings
Owners and dispatchers may list one or more moving companies. All listings must be accurate and kept up to date. We may remove or suspend any listing that violates these terms or applicable law.
5. Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand experience. We prohibit fake, misleading, defamatory, or incentivized reviews. We reserve the right to remove any review that violates this policy.
6. Quote Requests
Quote requests submitted through the Service are shared with the selected company. MoversDirectory USA does not guarantee pricing, availability, or the quality of services provided by any listed company.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submitting false or misleading information
- Scraping, harvesting, or republishing content without permission
- Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the Service
- Impersonating another person or company
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on the Service, other than user-submitted content, are owned by MoversDirectory USA or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without written permission.
